Everywhere we work and in all that we do, KIND centers the needs, rights, and the voices of children migrating alone in search of safety. 

We do so through a holistic service and advocacy approach that draws on our unique expertise in protecting unaccompanied and separated children. We harness the global power of the private sector, philanthropy, government, regional and international organizations, civil society, and children themselves. ​

We aim to ensure that systemic responses to child migration—and the legal and psychosocial systems that support those responses—never lose sight of the fact that migrating children are, first and foremost, children. We help children access their rights under such systems by providing them with high-quality assistance and legal representation—case by case, child by child.​
