Fareth from Honduras

Fareth, who is now 12 years old, fled brutal gang violence in Honduras with his sister when he was only nine years old.  Lowenstein Sandler LLP represented Fareth in his immigration court proceedings and he now is safe in the U.S. and has protection. Fareth, a very brave young boy, shared his story with us at the KIND gala in New York City on April 20, 2016, where KIND was also honoring the firm that represented him, Lowenstein Sandler.
