In response to EOIR’s invitation for comments on newly proposed regulations, and based on KIND’s 15 years of experience in advocating for thousands of young clients in removal proceedings, KIND submitted comments on Nov. 1, 2023, focused on the imperative of safeguarding the rights of children, particularly unaccompanied children, as they navigate proceedings before EOIR.
