KIND, the National Immigration Project (NIPNLG), and Public Counsel, in their capacity as counsel to the certified class in J.O.P. v. DHS, No. 8:19-cv-01944 (D. Md.), have responded to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS’) invitation for public comment on its recent revisions to the asylum application form and instructions.
