Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) welcomes the opportunity to provide information relevant to the fourth periodic review of Mexico with respect to the implementation of the UN Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families during its 40th session.
This submission focuses on the State party’s laws and practices concerning the protection of unaccompanied or separated children outside their country of origin and is made in light of relevant authoritative guidance from the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families (CMW) and other UN Treaty Bodies.
