Pushback practices at the U.S.-Mexico border and their impacts on the rights of migrant children

The Center for the Human Rights of Children, in collaboration with KIND, the Women’s Refugee Commission, and the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, submits this to the Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants regarding the use of “pushback” practices and their impact on the human rights of migrants.
