This training package brings together materials developed through the CO.A.ST project to support guardians and other actors working with unaccompanied children as they transition to adulthood. It includes resources from two online training sessions delivered in September and October 2025 by experts from KIND, the European Guardianship Network, VOICIFY, VYRE, and PICUM. The sessions focus on self-care and wellbeing for guardians and child protection actors and supporting unaccompanied children in the transition to adulthood through regional frameworks and guardianship practice.
