Become a KIND Pro Bono Attorney

Thank you for your interest in becoming a KIND Pro Bono Attorney! While no immigration experience is necessary to join our pro bono program, please note the following requirements before proceeding with the interest form below:

Actively practicing law in the United States
Currently located near a KIND field office that serve pro bono clients: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Fresno, Hartford, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, New York City, Northern Virginia, Orlando, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C.
Willingness to take on a long-term representation case
Willingness to undergo and pass a criminal history check
Access to a safe, private office space for client meetings
Ability to cover case costs (including mailings and interpretation)
